Operations – Warehouse management, Distribution Center management, Shipping, Receiving, Production, Inventory management,freight and logistics management, Vendor relations and RTV
Risk Management - to insure and conserve corporate assets, through appropriate levels of insurance and systems of internal control
Accounting - controller, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, charge back receivable, billing, payroll, costing, inventory audit and internal control departments. Also establish and directappropriate inventory systems and policies
Finance - manage on a day-to-day basis the various treasury functions, including cash management, short and long term financing (to match asset life to financing mechanism), Letters of Credit,leasing arrangements, budgeting and long-term planning, issuing periodic Financial Statements, Mergers and Acquisitions, banking and factoring arrangements, SEC reporting and Audit functions
Tax - manage preparation and filing of all tax requirements including payroll tax returns, personal and real property tax returns, salesand use tax returns, corporate and shareholder tax returns, Department of Commerce returns, business licenses, audit andcompliance, tax planning and all other tax related matters
MIS and Data Processing – system analysis, hardware and software design, system selection (RFP), conversion, installation andmaintenance, manage data processing department and telecommunications in Windows based PC and server environments, Apple, AS400, LAN’s and telecommunications
Administration - manage administrative functions including administrative staff, plant, security and building operations, assetmaintenance and all administrative contracts
International Operations - manage administrative and financial/tax aspects of foreign manufacturing and Import/Export operations,Letters of Credit facilities, international financing and Maquilladora programs
Employee Benefits - provision and maintenance of employee benefit plans, including medical insurance, Pension and Profit Sharing Plans,401k Plans, cafeteria plans and Long/Short Term Disability plans
Human Resources - manage Human Resources department, including personnel, hiring and termination policies, staffing policies andguidelines, safety committee and AQMD compliance
